Nambala wins gold for Namibia at World Para Athletics Championships

Johannes Nambala, Namibia’s T13 Paralympic Games medallist was crowned world champion in the T13 400m race at the 2019 International World Para Athletics Championships in Dubai. Namibia Paralympic Committee secretary general, Michael Hamukwaya told this agency that Nambala’s medal should be celebrated at home as it did not come easy. He added that credit should be given to Frank Fredericks who through his foundation is supporting Nambala to prepare for the 2020 Tokyo Paralympic Games.
